We designed and built our home in late 2003. After living in our home for 6 years we decided to return to the East Bay to be near our four granddaughters, all under the age of 4.
Not wanting to sell our home, we decided to offer our home as a vacation rental. In this way we can continue to enjoy our home and share with family and friends. And, most importantly, our granddaughters can continue to visit their goat and sheep friends!
We encourage feedback from everyone so we can continue to improve the "wine country" experience for new and returning guests.
If you choose to stay at Oak Leaf Retreat, we will do whatever we can to make your stay pleasant and peaceful.

Oak Leaf Retreat is in the Russian River Valley appellation and is located next to Nicole's Vineyard of J Winery,
12 minutes from the Old Town Square of historic Healdsburg and 5 minutes from the Town Square of Windsor.
Within 20 minutes of Oak Leaf Retreat you'll find over 100 wineries in the Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley and Russian River Valley appellations. (Visa Signature Card gets free wine tastings at J and Rodney Strong & others.)
There are dozens of fine restaurants within 15 minutes of Oak Leaf Retreat.
Finally, we are 51 minutes from the spectacular Pacific coast, 35 minutes from the Armstrong Grove of giant redwood trees (tallest in grove is 310 feet tall!) and the times to various locations are:

Oak Leaf Retreat is permitted by the County to host four weddings or special events each year.
The rate for a wedding or special event is determined by the size and type of occasion.
There is parking available for up to 75 vehicles.
